We opened the doors to Jing Chuan in 1985 and have been proudly serving NW Ohio and SE Michigan since.  30 years and three generations later, we continue the traditions at Jing Chuan to bring the finest quality and service from our kitchen to your table.

Chinese cuisine is one of the best among all of the famous cuisines in the world. Chinese cooking is generally categorized into four regional cooking styles: Hunan, Szechuan, Mandarin, and Cantonese. At Jing Chuan, we specialize in Hunan, Szechuan and Mandarin.

Hunan and Szechuan — From the Western region of China, we bring you Hunan and Szechuan cuisines where cooking with hot peppers and Szechuan peppercorns are used to prepare entrees of mouth-tingling delight. 

Mandarin — The traditional style in the northern capital of Beijing, Mandarin entrees tend to be subtle and delicately flavored.
